Some services are intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or school. Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services — including attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer them, access them without authorization, or use them to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, HeyLabs, or third parties.

4. Content and intellectual property

Our services, including software, models, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by HeyLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for their intended educational purpose.

You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate and improve the services.

5. AI-generated content

Our products use AI to support learning. While we work hard to keep outputs safe, accurate, and age-appropriate, AI-generated content may contain errors. It should be reviewed by educators and parents and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

6. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
